I offer counselling and supervised psychotherapy services in Ontario to young-adults and adults, 2SLGBTQ+ folks, Latinx, newcomers, and poly and sex-positive individuals. I work with a person-centered approach. I also use some techniques from Gestalt, existential, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies. I center my work with Anti-Oppressive, Harm Reduction and Sex-Positive attitudes. Some of the issues I have expertise include: anxiety, depression, immigration stress, 2SLGBTQIA+ issues, poly relationships, among others.
- Individual Counselling session: $120
- Couples Counselling / Relationships Counselling session: $180

I have experience working as a university professor and guest speaker in Brazil for 2+ years. Also, I had worked with international students in Canada, and understand some of their specific needs in terms of learning and communication style.

- CONSULTANCY FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROJECTS
I can help developing projects with focus on mental health, wellness and interprofessional education for schools, colleges, universities and other organizations. I have extensive experiences with psychosocial, educational and health settings.
- Consultancy (assessment meeting, 60mins): $150
- Follow-up meetings (30mins): $50
